James R. Graham

To the Graham family. I am sorry to hear of Jim's passing. He was always so nice to me. I appreciate knowing him and the entire family. Please to you all in this time. I wish I had seen this sooner. Blessings to you all.

Mr Graham was a second father to my siblings and I. He lived an exemplary life, and was a wonderful friend and neighbor to the Volk and Kramer families.

Then a police officer with the Kansas City Police Department, I became associated with Mr. Graham during his tenure at the FBI in Kansas City and, later, his work on the Kansas City Crime Commission. This wonderful man was the consummate law enforcement professional and the finest of gentlemen. It was an honor and a privilege to be acquainted with him. I extend my sincerest condolences to his family and friends. Walk well, my Brother. (Inuit Prayer)
