The news about Jim is something I was hoping would never come, but always knew it would be inevitable.

It has been amazing to me what a full and wonderful life Jim lived.

All of his friends only had one phase when they went to describe Jim - he was a "Great Guy"!

I had known Jim for almost 40 years now, and he has been my business associate and partner for almost 20 years as well.

More than that he had been my mentor, and one of my closest friends for all that time, and a person I have loved for being my friend.

I was lucky that Phyllis was able to share my feelings about Jim with him before he passed.

I know I don´t have to tell those that knew Jim what a truly great person he was but I wanted everyone to know how I really felt about Jim.

Always my best, Jim, your friend
