John Frank Obituary

John Joffre Frank, 89, Kansas City, Mo., died Wednesday, January 31, 2007. Services will be 3 p.m. Saturday, February 3, at the Park Lawn Chapel, where visitation will begin at 2 p.m. Burial in Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice, 2 West Ohio St., Butler, MO 64730. John was born July 30, 1917, to Charles Henry and Maud Mae (Richardson), who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by a great granddaughter, Cherokee Cotten, and his brother, William C. Frank and sisters Ruth Linaberry and Irene Kelley. John retired from Owens Corning Fiberglass. He was a Boy Scout leader and loved fishing. He is survived by his wife, Frances; four children, Linda Moret and husband Doug, John Patrick Frank and wife Debbie, Peggy Wohlgemuth and husband Larry and Teresa Reed and husband Jody; 12 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren, and his beloved dog, Fritz.
