JONATHAN DVORAK Obituary

Jonathan "John" P. Dvorak, 41, Kansas City, Mo., passed away December 13, 2009. Beloved husband, father, son and brother; he will be deeply missed by his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Julie. His greatest joy in life was his sons, Michael and Thomas Dvorak. He was a devoted fisherman who eagerly introduced his sons to the sport. He is also survived by his parents, Anton and Lynda Dvorak and his brothers, Anton Jr., Mark, Dan and Jim Dvorak. Visitation will be 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 17, at Park Lawn Funeral Home 8251 Hillcrest Road, Kansas City, Mo. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 18, at Our Lady of the Presentation Catholic Church 130 NW Murray Road, Lee's Summit, Mo. Interment in Memorial Park Cemetery.
