Lynne Mertel Obituary
She is survived by extended family, many dear friends, and her church community. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bob. and Rosemarie Mertel, and her brother, Fred Robert Mertel.
A memorial service will be held at First Baptist Church of Kansas City, Missouri, on November 15 at 2 p.m. (100 W Red Bridge Rd, Kansas City, MO 64114).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Baptist Church of KCMO at belovedkc.org.

Lynne was such a sweet woman. She was a wonderful companion to Ron for so many years. We were lucky she became a part of our family. I will miss seeing her.

Lynne was such a sweet spirit. I will miss her smile and laugh so very much. Summers around the patio table and holidays together will not be the same without her. She became a beautiful part of our family.
Until we are together again, you remain my sister in Christ.
