Steve and Donnie
Sorry to hear about Mike's passing. I remember all the summer's Mike use to come down and all the rock fights in the old barn. Maybe we can get together one of these days and just sit down and talk about everything. Your families are in our prayers,

Steve and Donnie
You have been in our prayers since we learned of how ill Mikie was and then of his passing. I cry now as I write this because Mikie was a little brother to me. If I met him today he would hug me really big and say "Snider". I take comfort and pray you do also that Mike is with God and is no longer suffering. Wish we could be with you today to both share your sorrow and celebrate Mikie's life.

Love you guys,
Chris and Debbie

Mike (Mott),
You know I love you like a brother. So many memories over so many years. I cherish our last lunch together recently - we shared some great laughs as always. Those hour long Friday night phone conversations fixing all the Chiefs problems - if only Carl had listened to us! When I think of you, I will always think of a friend who could tell you he loved you and you knew he meant it. I admire how you could always comfort others, irregardless of your challenges in life. You are my best friend buddy and I will treasure our time here together. Our memories will never perish and will carry me on till one day we meet again.... I love you brother

I was so thankful for classmates.com for Mike and I to re-connect. Even though 30 years have passed it was just like yesterday we were school kids and hanging out at the pool. I loved getting his emails and hearing him talk about how much he loved his family and how he wished he could go back and do things differently. He was a man with a big heart! I will miss his friendship!

Mike we shared what most people have never shared in their lives. A friendship that stood the test of time. From the age of 7 years old we began a long lasting friendship, the kind most folks take for granted. I stood behind you and you did the same for me. You stood beside me as I did for you . Today my dearest friend I must stand alone .The tears I shed are not for you because you are in the arms of God . I cry for us , the ones that knew you best. Your kindness, laughter, sharing , and love for others will never be replaced. In the struggles and good times of life , you my friend , made me a better man . One man proud to be called your life time friend . May God bless the family and always remember...." Never sorrows.. Only blessings " I love you , Odie

Michael,

I am so happy to have spent the last
12 months with you at my house. The
memories of singing Geoerge Jones and
Hank Williams JR. together will be in my heart forever. Our crying together,
laughing together, telling jokes and trying to solve the worlds problems is
something we experienced that made us
WHO we were, not WHAT we were, man was that fun Mike.
I had never experienced someone that could tell so many jokes.
Michael you are in a better place now
and free, free to be with mother and father and Lou who you missed dearly.
I know you would like to here this Mike, so the 1,5,8 will still keep going.
Twenty two years of us knowing you
was a blessing.
Mike would always say 'How do you stop those Chiefs, you dont, they stop themselves'.
Micheal may God bring peace and serenity to your soul and a sense of peace to your family.

Love Ya Mike,

Dan 'Managment'

My most vivid memories of Mike will be him chanting fraternity songs, and reminiscing about the days in college. Michele and I would listen to his stories and compare how much Warrensburg had changed from when he was there to when we were there. Mike always seemed so happy to entertain us, and was always a joy to be around. He will be missed by many. My thoughts and prayers are with all his family and friends.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.
