Blue Springs, Missouri - Mike Dennis, 69, of Blue Springs, Missouri, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, November 8, 2024. He was born on July 4, 1955 in Fort Riley, Kansas. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Bonnie; his sons, Matthew and Kyle; his granddaughters, Louise, Maggie, Ellie, and Abby; his daughters-in-law, Jess and Suzi. He was preceded in death by his parents, Tom and Shirley, and his loyal canine companion, Duncan. He graduated from Fort Osage High School and began working for Calvin Productions. This led to nearly three decades as the founding Director of Film and Video Operations for the coaching division at the Kansas City Chiefs. He later returned to videography, becoming a Certified Legal Video Specialist with Lexitas. The family requests donations be made in Mike's memory to C.A.S.T for Kids or the American Heart Association. Arrangements have been entrusted to Ralph O. Jones Funeral Home, Odessa, MO.
