Venice, Florida - Monica Roldan Summers was born on February 2, 1967 in Mexico City, Mexico. She spent most her life in the Kansas City area. She died July 25, 2022 in Sarasota, Florida.
Moni lived large. She enthusiastically pursued health and happiness. She was an amazing cook and loved a good meal with her family and friends. She loved to travel each year to her favorite destinations - Las Vegas and Sarasota, Florida, where she married Brad Summers on the beach in 2012. Moni was together with her husband, Brad, for over 20 wonderful years. She spent her career in the restaurant business where she was greatly loved and appreciated by all of her loyal customers.
Moni was an organ donor and as a result, two families have the gift of life.
