I remember when Betty Jean and Neil began their long and happy marriage. Joe and I kept in touch through the years. Now both Joe and Neil are gone...a sad loss.

Worked with him for 15 years. He was quite a character and will be greatly missed. My deepest condolences.

Neil was my "break-in" officer in 1957 at the KCKPD. I went on to KCMoPD a year later and lost track of Neil. My fondest memory is his sense of humor. Neil was a friend and a delightful person to be with. May his soul rest in peace. Chaplain Fred McDaniel, Riverside PD&FD, Mo. State HP.
