Kansas City, Missouri - Nick DiRaimo, 90, passed away May 26, 2023, surrounded by his loving wife and children. He was born June 14, 1932 in Kansas City, Missouri to Nick and Lina (Guerrera) DiRaimo.
He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Madeline (Short), sisters Catherine Bybee and Rosemary Serrone, and brothers Donald, Francis and Robert DiRaimo. He is survived by his beloved wife of nearly 65 years, Angela (Manzo) DiRaimo; daughter Virginia "Jenny" (Bob) Zink and son Nick (Andrea); grandchildren Vincent (Holly) Zink and TiaMarie (Alex) Maggard; great-grandchildren who were the joy of his life Cadence and Jaxon Zink, Sophia and Elliana Maggard and their brother due in August; as well as many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be Friday, June 2, from 5:00-8:00 pm at White Chapel Funeral Home, 6600 NE Antioch Rd, Gladstone, MO, with a Rosary said at 5:30 pm. A funeral mass will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, June 3, at St. Gabriel Church, 4737 N Cleveland Ave, Kansas City, MO, followed by burial with military honors at White Chapel Cemetery at 2:30 pm.
