Nina and Ted were the best neighbors anyone could ask for! My brothers and I were fortunate to have a great relationship with Ted listening to Royals Baseball games from '73 to the early eighties. Both we're kind and thoughtful Nina softspoken and Ted the more outgoing. It's an honor to say my parents have been neighbors to Nina and Ted for 31 years. Ted and Nina we're blessed with a wonderful grand daughter Joanne and her husband John who took great care of them. I would also like to thank Joanne and John for their thoughtfulness during my own mother's recent passing. God Bless The Swanson Family, Dale Warren
