Dorothy & Family , I was fortunate to have met Norm on my 1st day of work with Continental A/L on Jun. 20th 1963. I left K.C. in 1977, but never forgot the things that Norm taught me. Norm was one of those rare people that practiced showing dignity and respect to everyone daily. My thought are with you and your family during this somber occasion.

We will miss Norm, who has been such a wonderful neighbor and friend. He has been so kind and generous to all, and so committed to our "walkers club", even though he couldn't walk with us any more. It's been an honor to know him, and our thoughts are with his family. May it comfort you to "remember the smiles."

Dorothy and family, please accept my sympathy on Norm's passing. What I remember most about Norm is his wisdom, his helpful nature and just good all round person. I can not recall ever hearing Norm saying an unkind word about other folks. Norm was so always willing to help me with information about building something around the house. He was always a pleasure to be around at Continental. I am so glad to have just visited with him briefly a couple of weeks ago.
With caring thoughts and prayers,
Ken Decker
