PETER J. DONNICI Peter John Donnici, 75, passed away January 25, 2018. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. Pete was born Dec. 5, 1942, and was a lifelong resident of Kansas City, MO. He was a brilliant businessman owning several businesses including a PBR beer distributorship and multiple successful restaurants. His passions were time with his family, adventures with his friends, and romantic getaways with Mary Ann. Pete was preceded in death by his parents, John and Gladys Donnici; and brother, Dr. Frank Donnici. He is survived by his life partner, Mary Ann Fiorello Haynes; the mother of his children, Linda Donnici; his children, Michael (Kevin Kauth), John (Helen Sage), Louis, Phil (Gerri), and Frank (Licia); and Mary Ann's children, Andrea and Ruth Charmello, Toni LaVella (Melio); along with 11 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; siblings, Clarene Cascio (Ross), Sugie DiCapo (Carl); and sister-in-law, Loretta Donnici. He also leaves behind many loving nieces, nephews, family and friends. Honorary Pallbearers: Joe Cosentino, Santo Smiraldo, Benny Joe Cardello, Dr. Joe Gialde, Gary Bond, Mark Heckman, Richard Kosorog, Ron Venable. Visitation will be 1 p.m. with memorial Mass at 5 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 1, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 911 E. Missouri Ave., Kansas City, MO 64106.
