Kansas City, Missouri - Fr. Phillip Ray Smith C.PP.S.,75, died Aug. 24, 2025 in Niagara Falls, Canada where he has lived for the past three years. A Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Roch's Church Toronto.
A second service will be held at St. Charles Borromeo Church 900 NE Shady Lane Dr., KCMO on Fri., Sept. 5, 2025. Visitation at 10:00 am, with a Prayer Service starting at 11:30 am. A Committal service, 2:00 pm at Resurrection North Cemetery 5001 NE Cookingham Dr. KCMO.
