Ten years, I can't believe it! It doesn't get any easier and when you have had someone as special as Buddy, that is a big part of your life. My memories of him are so special. I was really blessed to meet him. It made me understand why Billy spoke so fondly of you and your family. My life is so different these days. The years are catching up with me and I'm not liking it at all. I'm still able to drive and stay by myself and for that I am thankful. I will never forget the Chewnings and all the nice things you and Buddy did. Your family is so precious and I pray your Mom is doing well. Love and prayers to you all. Ann Howell

I did not know Buddy for very long, but he definitely left an impression on me. He was one of the kindest people that crossed my path. He always had that big smile on his face, and he made you feel like he had known you always. My life is blessed by his friendship. Love to his precious family that he loved so dearly.

Dear Karen: I feel so blessed to have had my time with your Buddy. He was a fine man that just brighten the room when he entered. He made lots of friends while he was in Laurel, MS. He was so good and kind, but then, he was special in so many ways. I know you are blessed with many wonderful memories and that is a blessing. He would have been so proud of you and the way you have carried on with your sweet family. May God pour out His blessing on you as you remember Buddy. My love, Ann Howell
