ROBERT A. "BOB" NEUBAUER

Robert "Bob" Allen Neubauer, 71, of Grain Valley, Mo., passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2013, surrounded by his family in Kansas City, Mo. Visitation will be 12:30 to 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 28, at Royer Funeral Home, Grain Valley. Funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Cremation to follow with burial of ashes at Sni Mills Cemetery at a later date. Bob was born Aug. 13, 1941, in Odessa, Mo., to Robert C. and Dorothy (Hardin) Neubauer. He married Sue Jennings on Feb. 14, 1972. Robert worked as a dispatcher for TCI Tires. Bob liked to camp, travel, fish, mushroom hunt and torment his grandchildren. Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Dorothy Neubauer and infant brother, Larry. Bob is survived by his wife, Sue Neubauer of the home; two daughters, Divitte Swartz and Yvette Zawisza (A.J.), all of Grain Valley; four sons, Michael Neubauer of Centerview, Mo., Scott Cummins (Julie) of St. Petersburg, Fla., Bobby Neubauer of Columbia, Mo., and Lance Cummins (Dennis) of Urbana, Md.; 13 grandchildren, seven great grandchildren.
