The last time I saw Shelly was at my going away party in March 2002...In the age of email, Shelly is the only person to send me a hand written letter. I have, basically, been out to sea since October and happened to be home for the weekend when I received the heartbreaking news. The world will not be the same without her beautiful smile and jubilant laughter. I send all my strength, energy and prayers to surround her family and friends. I love this girl with all my heart and I know her light will shine FOREVER...Memories last a lifetime! Sharon and Dave, Please accept my most sincere sympathy and apology for not being able to attend the funeral.

I met Shelly through a co-worker of her's from the Hyatt. I only spent a handful of times hanging out with her, but I thoroughly enjoyed her company. She had a great sense of humor and a wonderful laugh. I'm so saddened by her passing. I pray to God to help your family through this tragic time.

I worked with Shelly at the Hyatt and we became really good friends. We went to Westport a couple of times and really became close until I took another job. Then I ran into her on the street after she took her new job at Shook, Hardy and Bacon and we promised each other we would have lunch sometime. Now I wish we had followed through on that promise. She is truly missed and very much loved.

Dear Sharon & Dave~~

I don't know if you would remember me, but Shelly & I were good friends in high school. I met her in our junior year in Algebra. She sat right in front of me and that's how I got to know her. I hadn't talked to Shelly in about 10 years....and I thought of her often wondering what she was doing now. I heard this news from my brother, Steve Cindrich (who knows Brian & Kim). I was in total shock. I will miss Shelly very much and I will pray for you, the rest of Shelly's family, and to Shelly in heaven.
