Just learned of Tom's passing. We had been friends for about 25 years. Worked with Tom on his political campaigns (drove him around when he was going house to house in his district for several years) Last few years contacts were by phone due to distance. Would sometimes get a call in the evening Tom would just say, it has been a tough day and I needed to hear a friendly voice. Have been missing his calls so had my daughter do a search and got the bad news. RIP Tom you were one of the good guys.
