THOMAS P. DOYLE

Thomas P. Doyle, 67, Mission Hills, Kan., passed away March 3, 2017, peacefully at his home. On Wednesday, March 8, a visitation will be held at 10:30 a.m. followed by funeral Mass at 11 a.m. at St. Ann Catholic Church, 7210 Mission Rd. A luncheon will follow the service in the Parish Hall. Burial service will be at 1:30 p.m. at Resurrection Cemetery, W. 83rd and Quivira Rd, Lenexa, Kan. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the University of Kansas Endowment - KANU. After a few years in Chicago, the family moved to the Kansas City area where Tom lived most of his life. He attended St. Ann Catholic Grade School, Bishop Miege High School and received a degree in Journalism from the University of Kansas. Tom is preceded in death by his mother Helen Doyle. Survivors (all from the Kansas City area) include his father, Thomas F. Doyle, sister, Mary Sue Flowers, sister, Patricia Caldwell, sister, Kathleen Rost (John), brother, James M.
