Mr. Wotherspoon,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the U.S. Army Air Forces during WW II and for being a member of the Greatest Generation. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

Some of my fondest memories are of Mr. Wotherspoon! As kids we used to run wild all over the neighborhood and through his yard. We could always tell when he was making his famous popcorn balls - the wonderful smell carried straight to us! Naturally, a gang of us kids would turn up on his doorstep. He was always so generous and gave us all a popcorn ball. He was the best in our Pilgrim Fellowship Group, too - just so happy and good with us kids. God bless you, Mr. Wotherspoon! Dear Alma Jean,
So glad I had those years in Omaha, NE to get to know my Uncle even better. He was a great Uncle and I love him very much. Never forget the time he let me drive his new red convertible as a new driver. I thought my Dad would blow a fuse being that he was in the car with me and Uncle Allen. Love you too! God Bless, Nancy Jones

Haven’t seen Allen for many years. Must say probably one of the warmest and most congenial men I have ever met. The man always had a good word for you and he was a pleasure to be around. That engaging smile and firm handshake was his trademark. Our condolences to the family.
