June 27, 1979 - December 16, 2024
Mark R. Bielenberg, age 45 of Kearney, died on Monday, December 16, 2024 at Mary Lanning Hospital in Hastings. Memorial services will be on Friday, December 20, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Kearney. Pastor John Rasmussen will officiate and burial will be at Kearney Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Memorials are suggested to the family, to be designated later. Please visit www.hlmkfuneral.com to leave a tribute or message of condolence. Mark was born on June 27, 1979 in Kearney to Ronald and Diana (Stephenson) Bielenberg. He attended Kearney High School and graduated with the class of 1997. Mark attended college at both UNL and UNK, eventually settling on a career at Little Caesar's in Kearney as a manager. He was later forced to retire due to health issues. Mark was an avid baseball fan and also enjoyed music of all kinds.
Mark is survived by his father, Ronald (and Susie) Bielenberg of Kearney; mother, Diana (and Gary) Wood of Georgetown Texas; brothers, Bob (Kelly) Bielenberg and Jim (Patty) Bielenberg; Nieces & Nephews Sam Bielenberg, Sarah Bielenberg, Rachel Bielenberg, Andy Bielenberg, and Erin Bielenberg and many aunts and uncles and extended family.
Mark was preceded in death by Irwin and Eva Bielenberg and Wayne and Delores Stephenson.
