Born on the 4th of July ,,,,,that explains Pat.
We both were in the real estate business in Kearney in the 70's & 80's. I always thought Pat brought new trends & ideas to the Kearney real estate business.
He was an interesting & progressive person.
May god bless his children ,Sean & Kim in this time of loss.

My condolences to Pat´s family. I worked closely with Pat from 2010 until the time he retired. I loved working with him and just being around him. We had a lot of field trips and lunches together over the years. I remember he really liked orange chicken at Imperial palace and Mexican food. There was nobody better at communicating with people than he was and he had a lot of good stories.

I worked closely with Pat for many years when he was with Ball Real Estate. One thing that was not mentioned was his generosity! He will always be remembered by his many larger than life friends.
My heart goes out to Sean and Kim.
