Percy was the best brother-in-law/brother, of all time! His passion for life, fishing(walleye), hunting, duck calls, guns, hip waders, stories, and the best advice and hugs. Dudley, Sara, even Dale, and I loved you to pieces. Best of all was the happiness you brought to Ellen! What a great couple! Percival, Lesa Lou will love and miss you forever!
