Lane was born in Kearney on Feb. 3rd 1943, to loving parents Everett and Ardys Pitcher.
On October 11th, 1979 he married Barbara Hudspeth at his family home in Kearney.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Pitcher; daughters, Molly (Christopher) Bussard of Loveland Colo. and Sarah Tilley of Kearney; grandchildren, Taylor Bussard, Emerson Bussard, Keane Bussard, Nova Tilley and Orin Tilley.
Lane was preceded in death by his Parents Everett and Ardys; and his Sister, Lana Sigler.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Light Shine K-9.
