Robert "Bob" Curfman, 79, of Kearney, passed away on Saturday, March 8, 2025.
He was born October 22, 1945, in Hastings, to Robert and Mildred (Bean) Curfman. Bob was raised in Harvard, NE, and attended Superior High School in Superior, NE.
Survivors: children, Scott Coe (Angie) of Smyrna, TN, Dustin Curfman of Falls City, Michael Corliss (Jennifer) of Kearney, Susan Bohling (Mike) of Humboldt, NE, Loni Shewey of Sabetha, KS; 18 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother, Jim Curfman (Joy) of Kearney; sisters, Nancy Gray of Aurora, NE, Kathy Wiseman (Don) of Kearney; nieces, nephews.
He was preceded in death by daughter, Cassandra Kuker; son, George Shewey; granddaughter, Electra Kuker; and brother-in-law, Bob Gray.
A Celebration of Bob's Life will be held at 10 a.m., on Saturday, April 5, 2025, Wherry Mortuary, 207 N. Nemaha Street, Humboldt, NE. Full military honors conducted by the Nebraska Army Honor Guard. Family will greet friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, April 4, 2025, at the funeral home.
