Thelma was born on Jan. 3, 1951, in Myanmar to Bernard and Agnes (Crosby) Gale. She attended high school in Myanmar and graduated in 1969. After high school, Thelma continued her education eventually earning her postgraduate degree from the University of Illinois.
She married Andrew Saw on Aug. 29, 1985, in Spokane, Washington. This union was blessed with a son, Chris. Thelma practiced as an Anesthesiologist until joining her husband's medical practice as an office manager.
Survivors include her devoted husband Dr. Andrew Saw of Kearney; loving son, Chris Saw and his significant other India of Lincoln; sister Jean Gale of California; niece and nephews, Dimple, Desmond and David; numerous other extended family, friends and coworkers.
Thelma was preceded in death by her parents.
