Tyler D Hudelson

Tyler D. Hudelson, 32, of Elk Point, SD, passed away on Monday, April 10, 2023 in Sioux City. Iowa. He was born on May 10, 1990 to Jeremy and Lorie Hudelson in Sioux City, Iowa. Tyler and his family moved to Elk Point in third grade. He liked playing sports and running. His favorite thing to do was hunting coyotes with his cousins Jake and Jessica, his Uncle Bob, and his Dad. Tyler loved hanging out in Jefferson with all of them and getting into all kinds of mischief. He loved hunting and bowhunting, fishing, paintball, camping, boating, and swimming. Being outside was his favorite, except if it was yard work or mowing day. Tyler worked for Curry Seed all through high school. Then, graduated from Elk Point-Jefferson in 2009. He later worked for a brief time for Fimco and Dakota Mechanical before going full-time with Ho-Chunk traveling and construction. Tyler joined DNC House Moving, the highlight and proudest moments of his work career, mostly helping to move the historic Pillsbury House. He loved all the newest fashion trends, LOVED shoes, and collecting "stuff." Anything that he could drive he had fun with, especially his first Jeep Wagoneer. He was survived by his parents, Jeremy and Lorie Hudelson, his siblings, Justin (Ashlee) Hudelson, Shiloh (Josh) Twinn, Olivia and Wyatt. His nephews Kaleb, Logan, Dawson, Tate, Greyson, and soon to come, Myles. Maternal grandparents Mike Conway and Jan Conway, paternal grandparents Bob and Barb Hudelson, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his sister, Amber.
