Calvin Tubbs

1987 - 2025

Calvin Edward Lloyd Tubbs, born September 4, 1987, passed away October 24, 2025, surrounded by family and loved ones. Calvin had a deep appreciation for nature and the simple beauty of life outdoors. He loved watching wildlife, listening to the birds sing, and quiet time in the fresh air. A talented guitar player and gifted musician, Calvin enjoyed writing and singing songs. He appreciated time spent gardening flowers and vegetables, and he also loved to cook. Calvin treasured time spent with family, especially his niece, nephews, and siblings. Calvin held deep faith and valued his relationship with the Lord.

Calvin is survived by his parents, Lloyd (Tina Loeper) Tubbs and Toni Schaefer; his siblings, Priscilla Wundrock (PJ) Wright, Bridgette (Eric Jasnocha) Stine, Sharon (Peter) Hellenbrand, Clayton Tubbs, and Christina Tubbs; niece, Alyssa, and nephews, Mitchell, Alex, and Jaxson; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Herb and Marlyn Schaefer, Calvin G. Tubbs, Susan Loeper; and his cousin, Steven Schaefer.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank-you to the doctors and staff at ThedaCare in Neenah, and especially to the wonderful team at Cherry Meadows Hospice in Appleton. The care, compassion, and comfort they provided meant so much to Calvin and his family.

A visitation for Calvin will be held on Saturday, November 1, from 1 to 3 p.m. at Melcore West, 1530 West Mason Street in Green Bay. A Celebration of Life and Internment will be held at a later date.
