Chris Nelson
1959 - 2021
Chris Nelson, age 62, of Kenosha passed away with family by his side at Froedtert South Pleasant Prairie on September 21st, 2021. He was born in Kenosha on January 25, 1959, to Edward and Denise (McKinley) Nelson. Chris graduated from Tremper High School in 1977. He moved to Racine and lived there for several years. He worked at several painting establishments in Kenosha and Milwaukee and traveled around several states renovating churches. He loved to ski on the water, and the snow, and loved fishing and camping.
He is survived by his mother Denise Nelson of Pleasant Prairie, daughter Lauren Nelson of Union Grove and sister Corrine Nelson of Racine. He is preceded in death by his father Edward Nelson. The family would like to give a special thank you to Dr. Shepler & Dr. Bloom and the evening nursing staff in the ICU at Froedtert South.
