Joan Boyce

1944 - 2015

Joan M. Boyce, 70, of Burlington, Wis., (Lily Lake) died Saturday evening Jan. 24, 2015, at the Aurora - St. Luke' Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wis.

The former Joan Marie Erzig was born on April 3, 1944, in Chicago, Ill., the daughter of the late Robert and Margaret Schwartz Erzig. Joan lived in Chicago until moving to Lily Lake 45 years ago. She worked as a shiopping clerk for Brake Parts (Affinia) in McHenry, Ill., for 27 years.

Joan loved spending time with her grandchildren. She also loved beating her family in playing 500 Rummy and playing BINGO.

Joan is survived by her children, Debbie of Chrisney, Ind., Gwen of Beloit, Wis., Robin (Brian) of Genoa City, Wis., and Bob of Durand, Wis.; nine grandchildren, Chester, Darrel, Rachelle, Branden, Samantha, John, Alison, Andrew and Christopher.

Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday Jan. 28, 2015, at the Haase-Lockwood & Assoc. Funeral Home and Crematory, 620 Legion Dr. Twin Lakes, WI. The Boyce Family will receive friends from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Funeral Home. For online guestbook: haaselockwoodfhs.com
