Milan Matic Obituary
1933 - 2013
Milan Matic, Heaven gained a priceless angel on Thursday, March 7, 2013, when our precious son, brother, cousin, uncle, grandson and treasured friend Milan Matic, 19, was taken from us way too soon from this earth. His soul was too pure for this world, therefore, God called him home.
Milan was born in Kenosha, Wis., on April 22, 1993, to Dusan and Snezana Matic, the youngest son and brother of the family. He was such a blessing and his arrival made the Matic family complete. He had currently been attending Arizona State University as a chemistry major. Milan was going to change the world. From a truly young age, Milan was a blessed and gifted soul with a strong passion for science, a great love for adventure, a wonderful talent for playing the piano and a huge heart where his family and friends were concerned. During his short time on this earth, Milan touched the soul of every individual who met him. He will be so dearly and sorely missed.
Our beautiful Milan leaves behind his parents, Dusan and Snezana; brother, Pero; sister, Svetlana; brother-in-law, Zack; niece and nephew Natalia and Hudson; his maternal grandparents and countless family and friends who will forever grieve his loss.
Visitation and tribute will be held at Hansen Mortuary, located at 8314 N 7th St in Phoenix, AZ, this Wednesday evening, March 13, 2013, from 5-8 p.m.; service begins at 7 p.m. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. this Thursday, March 14, 2013, at St. Nikolas Serbian Orthodox Church, located at 11640 N 16th Pl in Phoenix, AZ. Burial will follow at Phoenix Memorial Park.
