Neil Andersen Obituary

Neil P. Andersen

1940 - 2016

Neil P. Andersen, 75, of Kenosha, died on Monday, Jan. 11, 2016 at United Hospital Systems – Kenosha Hospital Campus.

Born in Racine on March 25, 1940, he was the son of the late Henry and Ethel (Baumgartener) Andersen. He attended local schools and was a graduate of Horlick High School.

In 1987 in Iowa, he was united in marriage to Kathryn Steiner. For over 30 years, Neil was employed with Twin Disc as a chief tool and die inspector. Neil was a golf fanatic. If he wasn't on the course hitting balls, he was watching golf on television; especially the golf channel and current PGA Tournaments.

He is survived by his wife, Kathryn; his two sons, Jeffrey (Ann) Andersen of Fort Collins, Colo., and Gregg (Pamela) Andersen of West Bend; a brother, Harvey Andersen; and four grandchildren, Brandon, Alex, Nicholas and Christopher.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, David Andersen.

A gathering of relatives and friends will be held on Monday, Jan. 18, 2016, from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. at Piasecki-Althaus Funeral Home.
