Richard Hanson Obituary
1960 - 2013
Richard J. Hanson, 53, of Kenosha, passed away suddenly, Wednesday, Dec.18, 2013, at his residence.
He was born on Sept. 3, 1960, to Jerald K. and
Elizabeth Betty M. (Jones) Hanson in Kenosha. He was educated in the schools of Kenosha and graduated from Mary D. Bradford High School.
Richard worked at AMC/Chrysler for many years, transferring to Jeep in Toledo, retiring in 2009. He was a member of UAW Local #72 and UAW Local #12 in Toledo.
Richard was an avid Packer fan, enjoyed fishing, going up north and when he was younger, riding his Harley.
Richard is survived by his father Jerald of Kenosha, his son Richard C. (Katherine) Hanson of Wyoming, his sisters Jeralyn (Rueben) Sanchez of Kenosha, Teri (Tim) OHair of Pleasant Prairie, Cindy (Steve) Orton of Lake Geneva, his fiance;e Michelle Linn of Kenosha, his dog Scruffy and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his mother Betty.
A Memorial Service for Richard will be held on Monday, Dec. 23, at 5 p.m. at the Bruch Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Monday afternoon from 3 p.m. until the time of sercvice.
