Rose Spencer Obituary

Rose Marie Spencer

September 14, 1968 - September 29, 2025

Rose Marie Spencer, 57 years old of Salem, Wis., passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 29, 2025, at Aurora Baycare Medical Center, Green Bay, Wis.

She was born September 14, 1968, in Waukegan, Ill., the daughter of the late Doyle and Bobbie Lee (Holland) Baggett. On August 19, 1989, she married Jeff Spencer.

Rose was a devoted wife and mother; she will be remembered for her loving and caring nature. She was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everyone was fed and having a good time. She cherished all of her families - whether blood, classic car family, biker family, her camping family, or any number of work families.

She is survived by her husband, Jeff; sons, Chris (Jennifer) Spencer of Kenosha, Wis.;, Nathan Spencer of Salem, Wis., and Brandon Spencer of Salem, Wis.; grandchildren, Elijah, Logan, Gavin, and John (due in November); her father-in-law, Wayne Spencer; siblings, Lewis Baggett, Michael Baggett, Tammy Freeman, and Carol Hacker; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Rose was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Susan Kasten.

Memorial visitation will be held from 12 to 2 p.m. on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at Proko Funeral Home.

A memorial service will commence at 2 p.m.
