Alex remains in my heart and mind as someone I could always depend on for anything. It was always an honour to work with him, and I was blessed to have talked with him about a passion we shared for the outdoors, and wilderness skills. As long as I live, and on those solitary missions I often make into the woods, I will always know his spirit walks with me.

I didn't know Alex but my daughter told me tonight that he had a big impact on her. She wrote a long post on Facebook about him and how we should all be kind, gentle, and respectful of everyone. She didn't know him well but she we never forget him. May he fly with the angels and we pray God will bless and look over you all, always. God bless.

The thing I loved so much about Alex Holloway was his reluctance to judge others. One day at Lunch he sat with me and we talked about many different things, and I loved it! Alex shared with me his Rasberry tea which was amazingly good, and he loved talking. He was an extremely smart man with lots of love and a powerful voice which he wanted to use! My prayers go out to you for your loss. Much love coming from me.
