Bradley Scott Park, 68, of Berea, Kentucky, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday evening, August 2, 2018. Brad is the husband of Sundae Saylor Park. He was born March 31, 1959 in Richmond, Kentucky and was a resident there until relocating to Berea, Kentucky in 1990. Brad is the son of Harold and Patricia Park, whom preceded him in death. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Jason Randall Johnson. He was the owner/operator of McDonald's Restaurants in Berea and Mt. Vernon, Kentucky for 24 years. His McDonald's career spanned 28 years. Prior to that, Brad was the Executive Director of the Richmond Chamber of Commerce, the owner of Brad's Fillin' Station Liquor Store, a sales representative for a Lexington liquor distributor and an employee at his father's Richmond Army Goods Store. Brad was a veteran of the United States Army and served in the Richmond National Guard for several years. He was a 1968 graduate of Model High School and attended Eastern Kentucky University. Over the years, he was involved in numerous community organizations in Richmond and Berea, and was of the Catholic faith. Brad loved many things; his children and family, traveling, fly fishing and turkey hunting with his "Buddy Boys", cooking for his family, and black and white and western movies. He loved telling funny stories (over and over again), laughter with that most infectious laugh, his dogs and cats and especially mailbox checks. Survivors include: his wife of nearly 32 years, Sundae Saylor Park, two daughters, Amy Park (Shane Cuddson) of Dayton, Ohio and Lea Ann Crigler (Robert King) of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, three grandchildren, Kaya Crigler, Maddox Crigler and Westin King, one brother, Steve Park (Carla) of Richmond, Marcia Cone (Tim) of Lexington and Susan Tregellis (Cuan) of Madison, Wisconsin. Additionally, he is survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and several nieces and nephews. As per Brad's wishes, services will be private. Special friend, Judge William Jennings will share wonderful memories and words of comfort. The family suggests memorial donations be made to
