Lexington, Kentucky - Carl William "Bill" Snowden 70, Husband of Nancy Froehlich Snowden passed away Friday January 21, 2022, unexpectedly at home. Born in Waco Kentucky, he was the only child of the late Virginia Benge Snowden and Vaughn Snowden. Bill was a painting contractor and property manager for 50 years. He enjoyed close personal friendships with many of his long-time customers. Although he lived a large portion of his life in Tampa Florida and Lexington Kentucky, he maintained a deep connection with a wide circle of life-long friends in Richmond Kentucky area. Bill was an avid boater, Crappie fisherman and a lifelong motorcycle enthusiast who has ridden across the country. He enjoyed traveling to many wonderful places around the continent with his beloved wife Nancy on many adventures. Bill is survived by son William Todd Snowden (Rebecca) of Indialantic Florida, Three grandchildren, Devin, Justice and Serenity Snowden. Also, Sister-in-law Cherie Froehlich of Louisville, Brothers in law Robert (Donna), John (Sandi) Froehlich both of Georgetown and nephews Jason, Andy, Kevin and Adam Froehlich. The celebration of life for Bill will be Friday January 28, 2022, 2-4 PM at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home located at 3421 Harrodsburg Rd, Lexington KY. All family and friends are invited. His family welcomes donations to Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife in lieu of flowers.
