Dear Stacy (and Roger), I remember you from Beaumont and Lafayette always smiling. I am so sorry to hear about your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this sad time.

When Chuck was on the Urban County Council in Lexington, I once contacted him about a problem with speeding cars on our street in the Garden Springs area. He actually took the time to stop by our house and let us explain our concerns, and within a few day we found a police cruiser patrolling our neighborhood and issuing tickets, day and night! Chuck was definitely a servant of his constituents!
