Clarence Henley

HENLEY Clarence Taylor "Big C",57, loving husband of 32 years to Yvonne C. Pittman Henley, died Nov. 23, 2018 in Lexington, KY. Born Oct. 22, 1961 in London, KY, he was the son of Shelby Henley (Donald L.) Burks and the late Frank Henley, Jr. Mr. Henley was a 1979 graduate of Lafayette High School, and a 30 year owner/operator of Henley Welding and Iron Works. He was an active outdoorsman, a loyal supporter of Lexington Catholic High School, and was active in local youth baseball and football leagues. Survivors other than his wife and mother include twin children, Lauren Nicole Henley and Taylor Monroe Pete Henley; two sisters, Rebecca Henley Settle and Joella Henley Glass; one brother, Frank Bryan (Kim) Henley; brothers-in-law, Dr. George M. (Jeryl) Pittman and Gregory M. Pittman; sisters-in-law, Sandra K. Pittman and Deborah K. (Kevin) Mantle; and numerous other family members. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his father and mother-in-law, George Monroe Pittman and Iva Dean Pittman. Funeral services will be held 10 am Fri., Nov. 30 at Mary Queen of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 2501 Clays Mill Rd., Lexington, KY 40503. Burial will follow in Pittman Memorial in Middleburg, KY. Visitation will be 5-7 pm Thurs., Nov. 29 at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home, Harrodsburg Rd. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to The Clarence T.
