we all miss you so much. there is not a day that goes by that i don't think about you. Thats funny because ever since i first met you dave, i have thought about you day in day out.what I would give to have you back in all of our lives. My heart aches so badly. I can not believe that in 2 days it will have been a year. watch over our baby please, he needs you up there watching over him, I love you Dave, I always have.And i miss you so!When it stops raining ian says my daddy did that for me, or when the wind blows the chimes outside, daddy did that. I know your watching from above. but i wish you were here next to us. Ian loves his daddy, so does his mommy.I can't wait to see you again!

It has been6 months now and I can still remember that day like it was yesterday. I can remeber my exact stance when i heard the horrifying news, I remember walking upstairs to our sons room and just sat there staring at Ian. You know as much as dave was a free bird that could not be captured his son was the only one that could bring dave home. He loved his son dearly and was always so proud of him. It only breaks my heart that Ian can not hug his father once more. I tell Ian stories of his father. It amazing all the things i thought i had forgoten about our time shared. He was my first love, he practically raised me from 15 to 21. He was my best friend, my love, my heart, my sons father, and i miss him dearly. the day that we are reunited will be a day indeed, butuntil then you still have a piece of my heart always. I love you in such a crazy way, ever one knew that, ALL MY LOVE BABE! IAN TOO!

Dave,
The more time that passes the clearer the truth becomes that you are gone. Why God choose to take you now we may never know, but it is part of HIS plan. The past couple of weeks have been hard on us all. You are a very special part of our lives and everyone misses you very much. Even though you passed on you are not gone, you help each of us make it through everyday. What can I say, God has given our family the best guardian angel that anyone could ever have. Just know that no matter how much time passes you are always my big brother and soon we will all be together again.
Love always, your sister

The Broken Chain
We little know that morning that God
was going to call your name
In life we loved you dearly,
in death we do the same.It broke
our hearts to lose you,
you did not go alone;
for part of us went with you,
the day God called you home.
You left us peaceful memories,
your love is still our guide;
and though we cannot see you,
you are always at our side.
Our family chain is broken,
and nothing seems the same;
But as God calls us
one by one, THE CHAIN WILL

I worked with Dave for 3 or 4 years, during that time we became great friends. I will never forget the way he would make us laugh. There was absolutley no one in this world like Dave. He was a rebel on the outside but a very kind and caring person on the inside. If Dave called you his friend you could count on him to always be. Our prayers are with you and your family as you face the days ahead. Always remember to keep faith in God and all the weary things this life throws at us will be easier to deal with. I will miss Dave's smile, his jokes, and his crazzzzyyy ways. But most of all I will miss my friend. May god keep a safe watch over his son, as well as the rest of his family. I'll miss ya bro.

What memory pops in my mind is when Davy was 6 years old he was in the Richardson's wedding as the ring bearer... with my daughter as the flower girl. Davy and Tina started off early as being friends and grew up as friends.
