Daddy Gene. Words can´t describe how much I miss you every day. I miss your smile your laugh. I miss your hugs. I remember you taught me how to ride a bicycle when you lived on Snaffle. I remember you putting your hat and sunglasses on me. I´ll never forget staying with you and momma Lutie sleeping in your bed between you two with my farah faucet night gown on. I love you so much. I miss you horribly

I'm so sorry to hear about Gene. He was such a good person. I have some great childhood memories from when we were neighbors in Harrods Hill as well as when I worked with Gene at Big Valu. He will truly be missed.

Aunt Lutie,
Uncle Eugene will be missed. I will never forget the time when you all came and visited us in Chickamauga,GA and Uncle Eugene and I, scared the life out of you and Stephen while you, both we sitting on the porch. Uncle Eugene talks about this everytime I come into Kentucky. I can hear him now just a laughing!. Aunt Lutie, you and the family are in my thoughts and prayers. I am sorry that I can't be there with you and the family. Please stay in touch.

My name is Linda Gill Phipps and my father Shirley Gill was a cousin to Eugene. I remember as a small chlld going to visit Uncle Arthur, Maxine and Tamer with my parents. My mother passed away in 2003 and I remember she always thought the world of them. I am so sorry for your loss. You are in my prayers. The rest of my family also wish you peace in your sorrow and to know you will all be together one day.
