Eunice Carter Obituary

CARTER, EUNICE GLENN, age 64, of Birmingham, passed away December 5, 2005 in Baltimore, Maryland. She retired from the Social Security Administration in 2004 after 30 years of service. She was a member of Kingwood Assembly of God and was a former member of Parkway Christian Fellowship. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Thomas and Verdie Hunt Glenn. She is survived by her husband, Richard H. Carter Jr.; daughters, Rachel Carter of Baltimore, Maryland and Alinda Carter of Greensboro, North Carolina; and sisters, Pauline Isabell and Linda Headley both of Birmingham. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2005 at 2:00 PM in Ridout's Trussville Chapel. Burial will follow in Forest Crest Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday night from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center Development Office, 401 N. I worked with Eunice many years ago, but I still remember her sweet nature and the love she had for her daughters. I am so sorry she left you so soon.

I worked with Eunice at SSA for many years. I remember even now her sweet smile and loving heart. I'm so sorry about your loss. I will keep you all in my prayers.
