I was honored to e in his New Agent Class. He was such a gentle man. Here is an example. On one occasion when he was being questioned too closely about a private matter, he simply responded "That comes under the heading of my business". Such civility barely exists.

I remember always seeing Frank at church with a smile on his face and a funny story to tell. He was such a kind man and it was a pleasure to know him.

So sorry to hear of the passing of Frank, he was a good person of faith. So sorry I hadn't heard of his passing until I went to visit him in the care home where he was living.

I had the honor of serving in the NY office with Frank and having been his roommate in New Agents training. I can say Frank was a true gentleman while being loyal to God Country and the FBI. God bless you Frank. May you rest in peace.

Dear Tim,
My prayers are with you and the members of your family on the loss of your dad. I recall him fondly while we were both assigned to the FBI New York Office. He was very proud of you and I know was a devoted father and a good Christian man. May the Lord accept your dad's soul into his safekeeping and may we see him again in the presence of the Lord. If there is anything I can ever do please do not hesitate to contact me.
