George Wilson Obituary

OWENSBORO - Dr. George William Wilson, Jr. DMD, 85, Owensboro, KY died Sun, May 16, 2010 in Peoria, IL. A 1953 graduate of University of Louisville School of Dentistry, he practiced dentistry in Owensboro for 42 years. He was preceded in death by his first wife of nearly 50 years, Elizabeth Jane Wilson in 1998. He is survived by his wife, Marion Covington Wilson, Peoria; children, Dr. David William Wilson, Marijane Wilson Salmon and Sara Wilson Dukes, all of Owensboro; grandchildren, Jennifer Dukes Jarvis, Adam Dukes, Lauren Salmon Bell, Steven Salmon, Rebecca Wilson and Elizabeth Wilson. He is also survived by two step-children and four step-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Sat, May 22 at 12pm CST at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory, Owensboro. Visitation will be on Fri, May 21 from 3-8pm CST and after 10am CST on Sat. Online condolences may be left at www.glennfuneralhome.com
