I heard Jack speak on numerous occasions at St. Leo and other community events. The only thing that was stronger than his voice was the message being spoken. One Memorial Day he spoke about the poem The Dash. It was so moving coming from a man who had filled his dash with faith, family, community, country, work and love. Thank you!
Steve and I will be praying for the family during this difficult time.

Jack, or Mr. Kain as I addressed him, was simply one of the most outstanding people I ever met. I first met him in Frankfort in 1972. When I saw him at his dealership a couple of years ago he remembered it. What a man. I am proud that I bought a vehicle from him in 2019. My condolences to his family.

SECOND CHANCE AT LIFE organ donation family sends their deepest sympathies to the Kain Family in Jack's passing. He was a faithful friend to everyone and never turned down the opportunity to help support our float in the Pegasus Parade. He made sure we always had a NEW FORD TRUCK (BIG) to pull the float. He and his family have participated with us for many years and pictures always show Jack smiling and waving to the crowd down Broadway in Louisville.
JACK KAIN FORD was a loyal financial supporter of our organization and he will truly be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. May precious memories give the family peace and comfort.

SECOND CHANCE AT LIFE would like to express their deepest sympathies in Jack's death. The KAIN FAMILY has been faithful supporters of organ donation for many years and their participation in the Pegasus Parade, with our float, has been an honor and privilege. Jack always answered our phone calls for help with a NEW FORD TRUCK , which he secured through Byerly Ford in Louisville and his good friends the Dauenhaur family. He loved participating with all his family and his smiling face was always in the float pictures. He will be missed by all of us but his legacy will live on for organ donation through Second Chance at Life. May precious memories give you peace and comfort.

My husband bought me a thunderbird that I didn´t particularly care for. I found a bumper sticker for it that matched my thoughts of it. Put it on the car and drove it everywhere I went. After a while my husband received a visit from Mr. Kain. He was requesting that the bumper sticker be removed because it was hurting his sales. Needless to say it came off that day with an apology to Mr. kain. Shuck didn´t speak to me for about 2 weeks he was so upset with me, but it created quite a friendship between the two of them.

I worked for Jack back in the 70s and 80s. He was one of the nicest and most caring guys I ever met. He was in the Ford dealership business for 70 or so years and did it right. I loved him and his family and am glad I was able to get to know all of them.

I met Jack in the early sixties when his dealership was in frankfort. Was a gentleman. The last time I saw him was about 6 months ago. The same great gentleman that I met 50 plus years ago. Rest in peace. Tim Farrow, Georgetown
