Bill was a member of the Robert M. Sirkle Masonic Lodge 954 F&AM and a 32nd degree Scottish Rite Mason. Billy was a dear friend to so many in our family and we had good times and many a laugh with him. All the Dean family enjoyed him and the Dean sisters all loved him (Ruby, Margaret & Hattie). So sorry for your loss but glad his pain is over and he with our Lord at peace. May God's Blessings be with each of you and may you remember all the good memories.
