Michael was a dear friend and a true advocate of voter registration and get out the vote. He loved the entire Lexington Community. He is missed.

I worked with Michael for many years at Eastern State. He always had my back on the unit. A lovely person in so many ways. I have run into him several times over the years out in Lexington and he would give me a big hug and say he missed me. Many condolences to the family. He earned his wings. Praise Jesus.

When times were cloudy, you brought sunshine. Whenever we talked, you would get me to laugh. You brought extraordinary energy to your work, play, and campaigning. You set the standard for caring for hospitalized patients and just causes. You were the kind of person who would always help in any way you could. I will never know a better friend.
