Our family has lived next door to Jesse, and his mother, for about 15 years. Jesse always knew of anything going on in the neighborhood, and always looked out for myself, and my family. I truly considered Jesse a good friend. I always felt good that he was comfortable enough to come over and ask for anything, and know that I'd be willing to help in any way I could. Jesse Wayne was a good man, and friend. God Bless him, and all of his family.
