I worked for Dave in 1974. The picture is from a surprise birthday party we held for him at Keeneland Racetrack, with Liz and John David, Jr.

Dear Liz...it has been many, many years since we have seen each other but I always have kept you in my fonest memories of our times together in the good ol' days ! I am so very sorry about David's passing. I have been kept up on his situation by a good, mutual friend of mine, Sharon Haddix. I just want you to know how sorry I am but also relieved that he is no longer suffering. I send you my love, thoughts and prayers. Maybe we will run into each other again some day...I hope so.
Love,
Gigi
