Lexington , Kentucky - Leonard "Tom" Lykins, passed away on January 3rd, 2023. He leaves behind three sons: Ricky, Mark, and Brian. Five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Marilyn Avet his sister says, "Tom was a first-class big brother who always looked out for me". Tom was the son of Denzel Bruce Lykins and Lena Patrick Lykins. He joined the Airforce as age 17. He was an avid golfer, craftsman and loving father who enjoyed life to the fullest. There will be a Graveside Service that is open to all friends and family at Camp Nelson National Cemetery with military honors on Thursday, January 12 starting at 2:30 PM.Services Entrusted to Fender Funeral Directors - Terry W. Smith Funeral Director in charge.
